NIFTY OPTIONS CLEAN BOLD?

After writing Mid march options review I would bow before the Stock market- There is no good news for the options seller as of today as nearing market expiry by 3 days left, NIFTY is zooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooming based on International "positive" news pouring across - Humans hope for best as always! Stock Market revrberate that feeling in anticipation like they neck out during low ebb times! So if one had sold 2200 call at 500+ really as of today 150 rs loss per option sold would be the case.Not all what goes up stays there. NIFTY moved up. Cheers ! Let us wait for March 26 to see whithe is my NIFY and who moved it to there!

Mid March Review of NIFTY

I never expected I would be writing so soon!
Its already mid March and we have very few trading sessions left now - hardly 10 days!

A view of NIFTY shows its now down from the levels of 2785 to 2570! It went even as low as 2518 a few days ago. As of today 12th March 2009 zero point at 2600 is about 150 Rs. This shows the signal that March going to be between 2450-2750 nifty and mostly as there appears good support around 2500 NIFTY may close just above 2500 as there is no international momentum that can give a little bit kick upwards moments for NIFTY

So who moves my NIFTY this time? Try selling at good points 2500 NIFTY Put and 2700 NIFTY Call your Options may expire worthless and you may pocket some handsome Premium for March 2009

March Strategies for thought

A review of February 2009 postings!
1. NFITY as expected moved range bound and finally settled around 2785 close to what it opened at option expiry in Jan 2009.

2. The RELNAT possibility of buying below 40 (Selling Put Naked) dream never fullfilled. This means Put Naked if one had sold would have expired worthless leaving the seller with good Premium collection.

3. Those who sold NIFTY for zero point would have made handsome premium collections!

4. So who moved my NIFTY?So what is the strategy for March 2009? World markets are going down under so the clue is to sell deep in the money and get protected upto that level. Try selling NIFTY 2200 CALL for 500+ and if the market lies below 2700 you are a sure premium pocketed fella!
